Has your company been effected by our current economic climate?

Black & White Thinking

Dear Managers, Business Owners, and Key Decision Makers,

It has come to the attention of the general public, that many of us have adopted in-the-box thinking habits. Just like people, problems and opportunities come in all shapes and sizes. So it's impossible to have the "Black & White" mentality when you're dealing in a rainbow playing field.

As mentioned before, our client's make our businesses go 'round. I urge you to rethink the problem solving guidelines in your organization. Nothing dissatisfies a client more, than when they hear "No." There are ways of saying "No," that offer your clients other options.

This is what I call Customer Service MasterMinding. Own it! This isn't something that just happens. As a leader you need to make sure this is implemented and practiced in your organization.

How Important are our Customers?

Great Question!

How important are our Customers? Well, let's see. You own a business. You have a product or service that you felt so confidently in that you invested in creating a company. Ok great. Now, that great product will always be great, however, it will never be fruitful unless people buy/use it. Correct? Our Customers are the bread of 'bread and butter' of our businesses. Our customers buy our product and they refer our product. My suggestion, make sure you are offering an EXCELLENT client experience!
